Base Salary Range of $50k-53k, depending on experience.
Average monthly commissions run $500-$2,500.
This position is tasked with forming and building relationships with new and prospective clients. This position would also be tasked with
maintaining and expanding relationships with the company’s existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Make a targeted number of daily calls to prospective clients to generate new quotes and turn them into sales, and then email those prospects paperwork.
· Contact existing clients and send out the proper paperwork.
· Regular follow up on all quotes – for new business and existing accounts.
Expectations
· Adhere to office days/hours, unless otherwise directed by management.
· Manage your time responsibly and effectively so that all duties are completed on a daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent is required.
· The ability to be organized, focused, to remain on task, and to pay close attention to detail is required.
· Phone skills, including a friendly, clear, and pleasant speaking voice are required.
· Sales experience is required.
· Basic/standard computer knowledge and adept typing skills are required, as well as a general working knowledge of email systems and spreadsheets.
