About Us: At HIGH LEVEL BOE$, we provide entrepreneurs with premium mentorship programs, business credit-building tools, and funding solutions to scale their businesses. With an influx of over 100 qualified leads from our marketing campaigns, we need driven, experienced closers to convert these leads into paying mentees and community members.

Responsibilities:

Contact pre-qualified leads (email and phone numbers provided) and close them into mentorship programs or community subscriptions.

Present and pitch our mentorship program and services confidently and persuasively over the phone.

Overcome objections with ease and provide solutions that meet client needs.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Provide feedback to improve the sales process and marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in closing high-ticket offers (e.g., $3K-$10K deals).

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to handle objections effectively and close deals with confidence.

Familiarity with business funding, credit-building services, or mentorship/coaching sales is a plus.

Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Compensation & Incentives:

Commission-Based Pay: Earn competitive 10%-20% commissions from business funding and mentorship sales closed.
