Job Description:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Reliable Insurance Pros by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Your success in this role will directly contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate products.

Present and explain insurance policies to clients, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our brand.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of insurance products and services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Street smarts a must
