Fresh Bros is looking for an experienced Sales Director and Distribution Building Position. We are one of the top 10 hemp ingredients and hemp flower supply companies in the nation supplying numerous international distributors as well. We are very seasoned within the Hemp and Cannabis space and have state of the art, propriety ingredients that are on the forefront of evolving this industry. We are looking for someone who not only has their own network within the hemp and cannabis space, but also has the drive to establish new retail storefront distribution channels with the help of our internal scheduling team here at Fresh Bros. Although working remotely is accepted, we are really looking for someone who can flexibly travel to local stores, events, trade shows and certain distribution outlets to promote and establish new sales in thier area. All relevant expenses will be covered by Fresh Bros.
We are looking for extremely professional and qualified individuals that have at least 5+ years of sales experience and more importantly sales leadership, drive and work ethic. The candidate must be willing to work together with our current team and must respect the working environment as in any professional setting. We are flexible as far as the final compensation and obligations of the hired candidate depending on the structure proposed. Depending on performance, experienced sales candidates can expect to make over $42k per year with no final cap on payment as they grow. Generally we see this accomplished if the value brought to Fresh Bros is there as it is all based around an average of 10-12% gross revenue kick back of any sale brought in including bonuses.
