Where do you fit in?
To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a Top salesman and then a qualified leader. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Sales/Branch Managers average over $100,000 per year, with bonuses and incentives that can increase your earnings potential to $250,000 per year.
As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $500-1000/week during your 3-5 months of training. Remember, on the other side of your hard work during training is 6 figure income, with a vast array of bonuses and incentives that will put you in an elite position financially, and provide you a rewarding career with a great company!

As Sales or Branch Manager, you will:

- Order materials, maintain inventories, and schedule installation crews
- Continue to improve via participation in corporation provided advance training programs
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

Pay: Average $500-1500/week during training with a very tall ceiling after you've completed your training.
