The successful candidate will work with Penny Lawns leadership to establish and maintain a community presence; developing relationships with local government officials, corporations, and residential clients. The ideal candidate for this position should have knowledge of Landscape and Hardscape solutions for residential and commercial properties.

Duties:

Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of products or services.

Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings.

Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in outside sales or business development roles.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.

- Experience in technology sales or a related field is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
