The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Insurance serves as the primary point of contact for clients and policyholders. The CSR provides excellent service by addressing inquiries, processing policy changes, assisting with claims, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of insurance products and regulations.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Assist clients with policy information, coverage details, billing questions, and claims status.
Process new policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal departments to resolve issues.
Educate clients on insurance products and services to meet their needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products when appropriate.
