Required Qualifications
Must display a professional appearance and attitude, and operate at the highest level of integrity. (Professional appearance and conduct).
Excellent communication skills; ability to display confidence and articulate.
Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and to discuss vehicle options.
Excellent customer service skills.(Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written).
Great attitude with high-energy personality
Use of SOCIAL MEDIA to find customers (Facebook Instagram,Offer Up, 5Mile).
Follow up with prospective customers and return emails/voicemail.
-Support online customers by setting appointments.
-Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.
Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment
Valid driver license and a good driving record!
A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment.
Prior sales experience of 2 years. Training is available for outgoing individuals who want to begin making serious money.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
MUST have own Reliable Transportation
An ability to effectively operate as part of a team and with little to no supervision.
Clean Background.
Must be comfortable and available to meet with new clients right away.
Knowledge of working with CRM and DMS systems. Marketing experience, estimates, invoicing, collections, and scheduling
Applicant must be over 18-years-old.
