Acquisition Specialist – Flint and Steel Development
Location: Alpharetta, GA (In-office)
Compensation: $2,000 base/month + 10% commission on closed sales. Earn $60K–$120K annually, with no cap!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with after-hours availability as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Call and follow up on 200+ warm leads daily—no cold-calling!
- Analyze properties, present offers, and secure contracts (full training provided).
- Manage prospects using CRM software and build strong rapport with sellers.
-Learn real estate basics, from property values to contracts and repairs.
