We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer. You will assume a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our internal and clients' IT systems, ensuring their stability, security, and optimal performance. Leveraging your extensive technical expertise, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing diverse IT infrastructure components internally and for our many clients, blending deep knowledge of both popular and mature networking technologies. With a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Senior level experience, you'll thrive in this dynamic, fast-paced environment, where your ability to communicate effectively and manage complex situations is critical to both of our successes.
Your role demands exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to provide strong guidance to clients during challenging situations. You'll excel in briefing clients on project details and timelines, ensuring prompt communication of ETA's, in-depth troubleshooting and seamlessly integrating solutions in environments utilizing Microsoft Server, Exchange, SQL, IIS, Cisco Internetworking, VPNs, firewalls, backups, Linux, UNIX, and more. Credentials and Experience:
Engineer with a minimum of 5 years high level, senior experience
Minimum 2 years of MSP exp – should be extremely familiar with the demands of this industry
Minimum 5 years’ experience - Active Directory Configuration and Support, Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, O365 Support
Minimum 5 years’ experience - Cisco Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewalling Support
Minimum 5 years’ experience - Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAID/SCSI) Support
Minimum 5 years’ experience - Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support
Have multiple certifications, high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+
Required Knowledge - firewall security, SAML, 2FA, IdP, VPN IPsec, TCPIP, DNS
