Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Operate the cash register/POS systems and handle transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed.
- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory shipments.
- Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
- Contribute to creating a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications:
- Passion for stationery and gifts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
-Able to lift up to 35lbs.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
