- Having 12+ years of experience developing J2EE/Web/ADF applications using any combination of WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere or Tomcat application servers.
- 4+ of experience using Oracle ADF 12C (a definite plus.)
- 8+ of experience using Oracle ADF 10g & Oracle ADF 11g
- Strong experience with the following tools: Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle SOA, Oracle BPEL
- Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, distributed technologies, Frameworks and Application servers
- Experience with all phases of a project lifecycle development process (analysis, design, code, test, migrate and support Operations).
- Analyzing production incidents and identifying root cause for application issues
- Good to have experience in API, SOA, PaaS
- Experience with Git and experience in API's for both external and internal consumption
- Hand on experience in SOAP and RESTful Web Services Development is MUST.
- Solid understanding of J2EE, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
- Experience with Application Servers like WebLogic 11g, WebLogic 12c or JBOSS
- Solid hands-on experience with Relational Databases (Oracle, MSSQL and MySQL) is a MUST.
- Experience working with JUnit and Maven.
- User level Linux knowledge.
- Must have hand on experience in JQuery and Core Java especially OOPs Concepts, Exceptions Framework, Collections Framework and Multi- Threading.
- Experience in Oracle HCM domain will be added advantage
- Ability to apply understanding of systems internals to the applications programming environment and business needs assessment.
- Experience on working and collaborating with offshore teams
- Ability to develop and conduct training and guidance for other members of the team.
- Advanced verbal and written communications skills, including stand-up presentations.
- Experience of handling Production support call
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a Customer oriented focus is a must for this position.
- Analyzing production incidents and identify root cause of issues
- Handling production call for application issues
- Implementing code fixes for enhancements and production issues in Oracle ADF using JDeveloper
- Meeting with Client business analyst to understand requirements
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Identifies areas for process improvement.
- Explaining the requirements, functionality, design & framework to onsite & offshore team members
- Provides management with timely communication on status & Utilizes appropriate tools and/or develops custom solutions as required to meet objectives.
- Support the solution through deployment and operations
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to work with all teams and understand code changes and review business requirements and identify any gaps
- Think out of the box to provide suggestions
- Be creative in analyzing business requirements
- Nice to have some knowledge in Retail business
