Fairfield Residential is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. 5+ Years of commercial new construction experience as a Project Manager with an emphasis on Multifamily Residential construction projects. Must display a positive and professional attitude at all times. Knowledge and understanding of current project types, building codes, contract documents, insurance and bonding concepts, OSHA compliance, etc. Preconstruction and Estimating experience is a plus. Strong Leadership Ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer skills to include MS Excel, Word and Project, as well as, BlueBeam Revu, Procore, Adobe Acrobat, Textura and Microsoft Project Ability to work long, unsupervised hours, including working during “off hours” and/or weekends Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including rain events, extreme hot and cold Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of construction Ensure project completion on-time and on-budget Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
