Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, emails, and appointments
Assist with real estate transactions and property documentation
Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense tracking
Support with light bookkeeping and reporting tasks
Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and team members
Conduct research and handle administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience or knowledge in real estate (preferred)
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial terminology
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
