Job Description:
Office Space Atlanta is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an In House Leasing Agent. This position is part-time and independent contractor-based, with a hybrid work model. As an In House Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for conducting open houses, answering leasing inquiries, and facilitating the leasing process for our properties.
Responsibilities:
Answer leasing phone calls during designated shift hours.
Create and maintain all marketing ads, including photos and videos.
Set up and remove open house signage before and after every shift.
Ensure all units are ready for showing and conduct daily in-person open houses Monday through Thursday with rotating properties.
Greet all prospects in a welcoming manner, either on the phone or in person.
Ensure all open house attendees provide their information on the sign-in sheet.
Track all leads and follow-ups using the company lead tracker.
Send application links to all prospects interested in applying.
Follow up with prospects that have applied to complete the required lease documents.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation.
Smart phone.
Personal laptop.
Professional appearance.
Access to printing services.
Active GA Real Estate License is a must.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with DocuSign preferred.
Familiarity with commercial marketing sites is a plus.
