Job Responsibilities:
we need someone highly experience in all aspects of apartments operations.
including: accounting , administrative , bookkeeping, leasing, collection, evictions, bank deposits, supervision on (workers and vendors), tenant relationship, inspections including section 8,HUD and the city, very familiar with tax credit and section 8,
Total 160 units. the units include half HUD tenants, and half are Conventional tenants, Section 8 tenants from AHA
we need someone:
responsible , proactive, efficient , effective,
who has long term experience as an onsite manager or regional manager
experience in rental property management software such as Buildium or/and Yardi.
Solid communication skills
Desire and capacity to build solid tenant, employee and vendor relationships
Ability to manage the staff in the office and the maintenance and the vendors.
Ability to multitask, pass our inspections from AHA and the city. make sure all our vacant units are rent ready on time. inspect the property exterior and interior on regular bases
Ability to supervise the staff very closely including maintenance , contractors and office staff.
Screen tenants and have strong rent collection principal and method
