Area Manager for Owner-Managed Intown and Metro-Area B Class well-maintained communities.
This corporate position is open for candidates with 3-5 years of “property manager” experience on larger assets (200+) or oversight of multiple properties (regardless of size) with limited up to extensive experience. Must have a can do positive attitude, be team oriented, loyal, responsible, present daily and someone who understands what it means to be a follower of company yet a leader and example to their teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for long term employment with a property management company who owns their own assets, not fee managed therefore very hands on. We will train that perfect someone who has the desire to learn and lead teams to meet goals and get the job done.
The ideal Candidate will exhibit the ability to take ownership of the position, adhere to company culture and follow the P&P in place.
Bi-Lingual Preferred
