Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a highly qualified Training and Development Manager for a four-month contract role. This role will be responsible for creating a comprehensive training playbook, onboarding materials, and learning paths to support a newly revamped commercial team. The position requires expertise in sales strategies, logistics services, and industry regulations.
