o Responsibilities and Duties to include, but not limited to:
o Answer a high volume of calls
o Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
o Manage appointments and work orders
o Manage and draft correspondences i.e. e-mails, letters, packages etc.
o Track warehouse supplies
o Assist office staff as needed
o Work with dispatch
o Manage company calendar
o Scanning and filing documents
o Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
o Communication and interpersonal abilities
o Organizational and leadership skills
o Knowledge of MS Word/Excel
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
o Customer-service oriented
o GED
o Must able to type 40 wpm
