On-line hair replacement (wigs and toupees) eCommerce company seeks part-time office sales and customer service support in Johns Creek, GA. Hours are 11AM-4:30PM Monday through Friday. Potential for more hours later.
Duties include:
· Phone support: answer potential customer questions (sales) and customer support
· Enter orders to website
· Package orders for delivery
· Unpack, store and count inventory
· Miscellaneous office related responsibilities
Skills Required:
· Good basic computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
· Good organizational skills and ability to interact with customers
· Ability to multi-task in an occasionally high paced environment
