Onsite Representative

Beacon Hill is seeking an Onsite Representative for a part-time role in Cartersville, GA. This position supports workforce access and data management at an active construction site. Ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-moving, field-based environment. Morning hours only-Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM (20 hours/week). Key Responsibilities:Issue RFID access badges to jobsite workersMaintain and update workforce records in internal systemsIdentify and report any data discrepanciesPerform simple troubleshooting of site access equipment (e.g., handheld scanners, turnstiles)Provide professional, on-the-ground support for site entry and onboardingCommunicate issues or updates to the on-site supervisorWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in administrative or data entry roles is helpful, but not requiredOrganized, dependable, and able to work independentlyComfortable working from a construction trailer on an active jobsiteMust bring ankle-high boots (steel toe not required) in case of jobsite walksBilingual (English/Spanish) candidates preferredBasic proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSchedule, Compensation & Work Environment:Hours: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (20 hours/week)Assignment Length: Approximately 24 months, with potential to extendPay Rate: $17/hour Work Environment: Role is fully on-site at an active construction project. You'll be working from a construction trailer-conditions may be dusty, noisy, or variable.
