DogWatch Hidden Fences, a 29-year-old family owned business, has a great Full-Time career opportunity for a motivated candidate who wishes to be part of a successful and growing company.
We are a small business looking to expand our team by adding an experienced Administrative Assistant. In this position you will be expected to perform multiple tasks and functions as directed by management. Excellent phone skills, organization, clerical, administrative, and bookkeeping skills are required. The candidate must be able to work all scheduled days (Mon Fri) and be RELIABLE!
Responsibilities:
- Telephone Customer Call-In Support
- Work dispatch scheduling/monitoring
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Invoice data entry (QuickBooks Online)
- Product Inventory setup & management
- Service for walk in customers
- Onsite Invisible Fence Trainings
- Establish systems and processes to keep us organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone voice
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must have an upbeat attitude
- Ability to work independently
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
