Responsibilities:
Data Management: Organizing, updating, and maintaining data in spreadsheets, databases, and reports.
Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and organized records, files, and documents.
Communication: Answering phones, responding to emails, and providing information to customers or colleagues.
Office Support: Assisting with general office tasks, such as ordering supplies, managing mail and shipments, maintaining a clean
and organized workspace.
Clerical Duties: Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
Logistics support: Light shipping and handling and some short distance deliveries
Lab Safety and Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and Safely. Maintaining it as needed.
Report on issues
Others: Additional duties and special tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with some relevant experience in administrative or technical roles. Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
