Lookup Flight Academy is a premier flight school located in Lawrenceville GA, offering high-quality flight instruction to aspiring pilots. We are currently seeking a vibrant admin/sales assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position that turns full-time. You will help in the office environment, make sales calls and give tours. There will be additional commission for each sale/enrollment.

Responsibilities:
Answering the phone
Sales calls/setting appointments for tours
Document/filing upkeep
Giving tours to new students
Managing office
Ordering office Supplies
Assist in Event planning
Managing and scheduling maintenance times for aircraft
Tracking instructor block utilization
Keeping track of CFI and student promptness
Qualifications:
Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software
