This is a unique opportunity for the right individual. We are seeking an "A" player to join a team of Administrative Assistants that are responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of a rapidly growing family owned Pest Control company. This role is extremely dynamic and encompasses all aspects of the business.
We are looking for someone with a bright personality that is customer service oriented. This position will focus on inbound calls and sales.
Duties Include:
Handling of inbound outbound calls from customers and technicians
Scheduling of customer accounts
Assist technicians with account management
Outline pest control options and pricing to customers, upselling when possible
Assist in billing, accounting, and collections on accounts
Reporting and reports analysis on various billing, sales, and source reports
Routing of technicians and stop layouts utilizing industry-specific software
Taking payments over the phone or in person to ensure that collections are kept to a minimum
Assist in vehicle and fleet management including scheduling of maintenance and repairs
Equipment and chemical inventory management
Preparing customer correspondence including regular scheduling notifications, proposals submissions contracts and collection notifications
Invoice management including initial creation, printing, updating, filing, and archiving
Responding immediately to requests from the President, Vice President, and Managing Partner
Skills:
Candidates will need to self-start and have excellent time management abilities
Strong organizational skills
Must have the ability prioritize ad hoc tasks, daily functions, and customer concerns in an effective manner.
Strong ability to multi-task & attention to detail
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Candidates must be team players and provide support to all other staff members
Upbeat, positive and friendly demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to learn, grow and develop as the business and it's needs change
Technical Requirements:
Must be computer savvy
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Google Docs and calendar management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 45 wpm
College degree desired
Sales experience is a plus
Previous Pest, Termite or Wildlife control experience is plus
Must be able to work on Saturday (On a Rotation)
Must be able to work Overtime
