The open position for PT Administrative Assistant can evolve to FT (Must be experienced)
-Must be proficient in Social Media Content Creation (on All Platforms).
-Must be proficient in Microsoft 365.
-Must be patient with excellent customer service soft skills.
Duties:
-Set up daily content creation on all social media platforms Monday through Thursday.
-Assist the Director in all daily office activities.
-Make calls/emails to all company contracts on behalf of the Director to resolve issues.
-Make calls/email follow-ups to confirm RSVPs for weekly workshops.
-Work with the Director to track and make personal client appointments.
-Must have transportation and be reliable.
Monday through Thursday 10:00 - 2:00 pm
