PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
COMPANY: 20+ person, 20+ year-old, privately owned company located in Marietta (30066 near Woodstock) that assembles products used in residential construction.
POSITION: Production Associate responsible for making products with hands. This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week with overtime possible. Normal hours will be 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (or possibly 8:30AM to 4:30PM), Monday-Friday. Mostly inside work. Steady regular hours.
PAY: $10.00 per hour starting base pay plus Bonuses. With good attendance and acceptable performance, first 12 months total pay should be over $23,500 (Average about $450 per week, which is about $11.00 per hour worked). Increases based on performance. We are unable to offer health insurance benefits or paid time off. Starting pay is slightly negotiable for a candidate with exceptional experience.
REQUIRED:
Legally authorized to work in the US.
Ability to lift 100 pounds.
Ability to reach 7 high on work table.
RIGHT HANDED¦our equipment cannot be operated other than by a right-handed person!
Ability to stand for 8 hours while working.
Ability to work well with hands.
Ability to do individual work and also work in a team.
Commitment and transportation to be at work on a daily basis.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
