We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and setting up CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC operations, technical drawings, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment.
Duties
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations using Fanuc controls.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications, applying GD&T principles to ensure accuracy.
Set up and operate CNC machines, including stamping presses, to fabricate components according to specifications.
Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols in the factory.
Skills
Proficient in programming CNC machines, particularly with Fanuc controls.
Strong knowledge of GD&T principles for interpreting technical drawings.
Experience operating stamping presses and understanding their operational requirements.
Familiarity with precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers.
Ability to work effectively in a factory setting with a focus on quality and efficiency.
