Winton Machine Company, a 25-year-old manufacturing company in Suwanee GA is in need of a Manual Machinist with the following qualifications:
Min. 4 years of experience in manual mill machining (bridge port style)
Must provide own tools
Ability to read and understand part drawings and follow tolerance's
Basic understanding of metal (CRC, HRS, 4140, A2, 6061 Alum.)
Ability to identify and saw cut material to size based on drawing.
Strong understanding of calculating feed and speeds to maximize efficiency
Very basic computer skills
A plus but not required:
Experience will using Proto Trak DRO on a mill (will train)
Manual lathe
Surface grinder
welding
Good mechanic skills
