The production Associate will be responsible for ensuring all products are verified and packaged correctly to achieve satisfaction for all customers. Schedule:

3PM-11PM (Day Shift)

Weekends As Needed (Overtime Opportunities)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Production Associate will be responsible for ensuring all products are verified and packaged correctly to achieve product for all customers

· Observe packages to detect defective packaging

· Perform production duties such as Packing, and manual lifting

· Verify the product is sealed, has correct smart date label and packaged correctly

· Move product and inventory using a hand jack

· Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

· Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations

· Perform related duties as required by supervision May be moved to other lines as work load requires

· Complies with all Company and Federal Policies, Procedures and Regulations

· Achieve departmental KPI’s

Physical Requirements:

· May be required to stand for long periods of time

· May involve some repetitive motions

· Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds

· May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of parts and part containers

· Must be able to work in a cold environment of 36 degrees or less depending assigned area

· Good Work Ethic, Sense of Responsibility, Hardworking, Energetic

Specific Accountabilities:

Perform production duties such as packing, and manual lifting

Verify the product is sealed, has the correct smart date label and is packaged correctly

Move product and inventory using a hand jack

Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor

Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations

Inspect the product as it is being packaged to ensure the packaging does not leak

Clear all machines from product jams

Palletize the product so that it may be properly scanned for shipment

Follow all quality and safety guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction

Perform related duties as required by supervision

May be moved to other lines as work load requires

Complies with all Company and Federal Policies, Procedures and Regulations

Achieve departmental KPI's

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $17.00 per hour
