We're looking to hire a full time admin assistant who has office experience of at least 3 years. What's unique about this position, is that we're looking for someone who can also manage/oversee our social media and marketing projects. This position has potential for growth depending on the person and their efforts.
Basic Office Experience Required:
- Type at least 50 WPM (you will be tested at the interview)
- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- Jotforms
- Computer savvy
- Filing documents
Some daily duties consist of but are not limited to:
- Assist with incoming calls
- Assist with scheduling customers for estimates
- Assist with keeping office supply inventory
- Assist with small research projects
- Assist with making follow up calls with our customers
Monday through Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
