Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and resilient Marketing Healthcare Specialists to join our team. This position involves actively engaging with low-income individuals and communities to raise awareness about affordable healthcare options. You will be responsible for making connections, conducting outreach, and referring individuals to the necessary healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the community through outreach efforts, including visiting various locations to talk to potential clients.
- Provide information and referrals to affordable healthcare services and resources.
- Build relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to create a network of support.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referrals, following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Educate clients about available healthcare options while handling objections and rejection with professionalism and perseverance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, marketing, social work, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A passion for helping underserved communities and a commitment to overcoming challenges.
- Resilience and comfort with facing rejection, as outreach can involve significant challenges.
