JDPrimary Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Develops and maintains strong partnerships with boundary and third-party partners to ensure coordinated implementations and deployments Understands best practices for marketing process and aligns technology solutions to optimize the processes across the business Work with Business partners and delivery teams to perform data discovery and generate mappings for all CNS (Customer Notification System) operational communications. Identify and categorize CNS event data streams based on operational comms. Work with delivery teams to identify and define logic that would map to comms creative templates. Ability to read and understand HTML and CSS templates to derive logic Experience in AWS services and components and ability to implement business logic and rules to create tree-like navigation or path in Event Gateway Interacts with technology to ensure the successful implementation of business intent Experience with marketing tools migration and knowledge of Adobe Campaign is preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Marketing, related discipline or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of experience managing large projects for large/enterprise organizations required 3-5+ years of experience with implementing Marketing Clouds or similar multi-channel marketing automation stack required 3-5+ years of experience integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications required 3+ years of Adobe Campaign Classic experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills Demonstrates strong ability to influence and evangelize the value of marketing technology.
