Stein Law, LLC seeks a Tax Associate to: Conduct legal research based on client questions and issues; Prepare, draft, and review legal documents related to tax law, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions; Perform document review to assess relevance and responsiveness of documents using knowledge about the facts of the case and issues of law; Ensure all filing deadlines with various parties are met, including, but not limited to, the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Tax Court; Communicate directly with various parties, including, but not limited to, the firm’s clients and the Internal Revenue Service; and Prepare continuing legal education materials.
