Seeking highly experienced Paralegal/ legal secretary with a minimum of 10 years experience in litigation. High end personal injury boutique firm dealing with catastrophic injury, defective products, wrongful death, tractor trailer accidents, etc.
Must have direct experience in this area of law and legal background welcome.
Looking for a quick study, fast learner that is eager and can jump right in.
This is a full time IN OFFICE position and there will be no working from home allowed or extended absence due to your kids not having a sitter or school vacation or any other excuses to be absent. It’s a very pleasant and relaxed environment but we don’t tolerate negative energy or poor work ethic. Probationary trial period and strong references required.
Must be a fast typer, very organized, computer and tech savvy, and quick on your feet. Legal research ability a plus. Must know West Law, Lecis Nexus, etc. Highly motivated individual that’s not afraid to make sure cases are moving and settling and keep track of expenses and regularly touch base with clients. Friendly, personsonable, motivated, organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, professional, and intelligent individual is what we need to complete our team.
