Corporate / Finance Paralegal

Our client, a top global law firm, is seeking a Corporate / Finance Paralegal. This is a permanent position in a firm that offers one of the best benefits packages in town. Paralegal would join a wonderful team and handle a variety of commercial real estate finance and public finance matters and would work closely with their clients. This paralegal will be responsible for:Preparing legal documentsMaintaining paper and electronic filesManaging calendars, scheduling conference calls and meetings, and attending meetings and closings as neededPreparing initial drafts of finance documentsThe preparation of closing signature packages and closing bindersSpecial projects and handling additional duties as assignedAttending client business development eventsTo be considered, Paralegal will have at least two years of experience in a law firm working with attorneys who do commercial lending and/or public finance. We are seeking someone who can work independently, a problem solver who is able to prioritize and multitask. Must have top organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
