Busy professional couple seeking a dependable live in or live out Housekeeper!
FT or PT Housekeeper
Flexible 3 to 5 days a week.
9am to 6pm.
Seeking non smoker or non vapor.
Punctuality is important.
Drug tested and Background check conducted.
Pay range will be based on live in or live out status + experience. Live in quarters is on property and is for the housekeeper only.
Daily duties
Making all beds
Clean bathrooms
Cooking as needed
Keeping porches pool decks clean and all furniture present
Rental house clean
Dishes
Retrieving mail from mailbox
Put away groceries
Empty all trash cans and place it in the dumpster on property.
Unpack luggage when we return from trips
Weekly
Water plans
Laundry wash fold and put away 1 or 2 days per week
Changing bed linens
Cleaning the entire house Can be divided on certain days so the entire house is complete per week to include reachable interior windows
Cleaning out the fridge every Friday
