Residential Cleaning Professional - Flexible Hours & High Earning Potential!
Location: Atlanta Suburbs
Compensation: Up to $30 per hour, paid weekly
Hours: Contract-based, flexible hours – part-time and full-time positions available
Job Requirements:
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Professionals with strong work ethic.
Minimum Requirements:
Prior cleaning experience is REQUIRED
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is REQUIRED
Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and excellent work ethic
Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual with good time management skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Must use the Launch27 app for scheduling, checklists, and time logging on your phone
Valid work authorization in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
Basic English skills (at least one team member per crew must be proficient in English)
Ability to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable laws)
Responsibilities:
As a Residential Cleaning Professional, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Cleaning residential homes according to customer specifications
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and all other living areas
Performing general cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Emptying trash bins and replacing liners
Deep cleaning as needed (e.g., baseboards, ceiling fans, windows)
Laundry services, if requested by the client
Required Cleaning Supplies:
Cleaners must have their own cleaning equipment and supplies, including:
Mop, vacuum, and broom
Duster
Towels and rags for wiping surfaces
Cleaning solutions for all surfaces (e.g., hardwood, tile, windows, bathroom cleaner)
