Services include but are not limited to:
Lock changes
Lawn maintenance
Debris Removals & Trash-outs.
Janitorial Services
Boarding services
Shrub and Tree trimming
Winterizations
Roof & guter repairs
Evictions
Equipment Needed:
Computer with high-speed internet and access to email
Mobile application utilized to submit all work from field
Truck & Trailer
Lawnmower and Landscaping Equipment
Air Compressor
Power Tools
Requirements:
Must have a valid ID & be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to complete orders by due date.
Must be able to communicate all issues or delays from the field
Must be familiar of property preservation guidelines
Payment Policy:
On-time pay!
Pay is bi-weekly pay for all work completed and finalized
