I am looking to hire a crew of guys to go around and remodel my Mobile home Trailers.

You will be required to travel 2 - 4 hours to go to the job site and spend a few nights or full week out there to get the job done. Hotels are paid for.
You will need to know how to do Full remodel work and have knowledge in electrical and plumbing.
You should be able to do Flooring, fixing soft spots, laying linoleum flooring, hanging /replacing sheetrock, Interior Exterior Paint knowing how to use the spray gun. Putting skirting around the trailer. Patching and sanding walls. Being comfortable with the Roof. Ability to walk through a home and prepare a materials list. Know how to get the job done with cheap. Basically, we want someone who can do it all and be an asset to the team. We want leaders, not just helpers.
Having your own tools, a Truck with a Bed. Building cabinets, can run electric wire through a home, legit plumbing skills, if you have a generator, paint gun, or pressure washer, This is all a HUGE PLUS
We are looking to complete a home every day or every other day. If you are capable, this will be long term, if you reach out to me just looking for a job and cannot keep up with the pace/lie about what your capable of, we will have to let you go. We have goals that we want to reach.
