A Catering Manager at Jimmy John's is responsible for building relationships with local businesses to increase catering sales, managing the daily operations of the store, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
They implement marketing strategies, train and mentor team members, and may work varying hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior experience is not always required, but strong interpersonal and computer skills are beneficial.
Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week and be available weekdays.
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
The ideal applicant should be outgoing, organized and energetic. The CM implements our marketing strategy by building relationships with local businesses to increase our catering sales. No prior experience required but applicants should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and computer skills.
