Beacon Hill Staffing is seeking candidates for our client in Roswell GA for an extended contract and FMLA coverage. This role is a Training Coordinator that is scheduled as a hybrid. This support position will manage and coordinate live and online training, scheduling, material decimation and printing, transcript management (documentation, errors, corrections), experience in internal events, and associated T&D tasks. Job responsibilities: Have a 24-hour response SLA for managing our in-box, which is the main priorityManaging training calendar, support materials, and training communicationsGather feedback from trainers and traineesMaintain updated curriculum database (Cornerstone) and training recordsCoordinate multiple training eventsPrepare and order educational aids and materialsAssist associates with training registrationsCommunicate available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary informationMaintain a schedule of training coursesQualifications: 2+ years working in a support/coordinator role in Human ResourcesSolid organizational skills and experience working with multiple training classes and tight deadlinesAdept in setup and support on web meeting software and troubleshooting Experience supporting multiple associates across all levels of the organizationCornerstone software is given a high preferenceBachelors degree required This will be a 40-hour work week and due to it being an FMLA contract, we are looking for a commitment of 4-5 months. We are seeking someone available to start quickly and be an immediate support person for the group once training is complete with an outgoing incumbent.
