Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a HR Operations Specialist for a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting a dynamic and fast-paced HR team. This role focuses on supporting HR transactions, maintaining accurate data in multiple systems, and providing administrative and logistical support across the employee lifecycle. The position includes manual data entry, cross-functional coordination, and reporting through PowerPoint.
