Beacon Hill Staffing is currently assisting our client in hiring an HR/Benefits Specialist for an IT management consulting firm that specializes in healthcare, education, and commercial markets. They are seeking candidates with experience in complex benefits, compliance reporting, and relationship management. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft, and Microsoft Excel, and must be enthusiastic and collaborative. This position is a Contract (maternity leave) role in-office located in Alpharetta.Responsibilities:Compiling offer letters and new hire packets Answering employee requests and questionsAnalyze benefit surveys, and trends, and develop recommendations.Handle benefit programs, claim processing, and leave of absence.
