Must have 36 months ER experience worked in the ER within the past 6 months
Must have minimum 36 months ER Nurse experience and worked as ER RN within the past
6 months.
Seeking experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse-Emergency Department to serve in the Nursing Services for the Emergency Room (ED). The ED Registered Nurse will possess good organizational skills which enable completion of work, demonstrate an ability to assume a leadership in a patient centered program and the ability to establish effective communication with patients, families, visitors and members of the interdisciplinary team.
The duties will include but are not limited to:
Documenting observations, assessments, and changes in patient's condition.
Using knowledge of Emergency Severity Index (ESI) to triage patients presenting to the department.
Collaborating with health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes.
Providing a full range of nursing care to patients with a variety of physical, mental and/or behavior problems.
Using leadership skills to function in the role of charge nurse.
Must have Georgia RN License
No sanctions or debarment history from State RN Board
No history of incidents regarding patient care or ethics violations.
