Requirements
- At least 1 yr. experience as a RN, LPN, CNA, or companion aide in home health or related field
- Valid ID
- Professional License for RN, LPN, etc.
- CPR/First Aid Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Physical Examination
- TB/Chest X-ray
- Hepatitis B Test
- Level 2 Background check
