Caregiver Needed for Personal Care Home in Marietta, GA
Position: Caregiver
Location: Marietta, GA
Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Full-Time), 5 days on/2 days off
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at our personal care home in Marietta, Georgia. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Providing medication reminders and assisting with medication management.
- Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and walking.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for the residents.
- Engaging residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Communicating with families, medical staff, and other team members regarding resident care.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required (training will be provided).
- Empathetic and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a background check.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
