We’re seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves a mix of clinical duties and front office support, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
Medical Assistant Duties:
Scribe accurate notes for providers during patient visits (minimum typing speed: 40 WPM).
Coordinate patient care, including phlebotomy and rooming patients.
Assist with exams, procedures, and setting up medical equipment.
Obtain relevant patient information.
Perform triage duties and manage medical supplies.
Front Office Support:
Check-in and check-out patients.
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances.
Verify insurance and update EMR records.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Handle calls, correspondence, and medical record requests.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Certified Medical Assistant certification.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance policies.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience as a medical scribe.
Familiarity with front and back office roles.
Ability to handle prior authorizations and pre-certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
This is an hourly position offering competitive pay based on experience and skill set.
