Upscale restaurant seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team. We are a busy upscale Tavern looking to expand our management team. The position requires previous leadership in an upscale environment. Ideal candidates will have a culinary degree or a stellar resume noting progression and tenure.
We seek a proficient candidate in butchering meat and fish, ordering, payroll, menu development, and cost controls.
A typical work day starts at noon and finishes around 10 pm., and maintains this for a 5-day work week. Open availability, including weekends, is a must and non-negotiable. The starting salary is $65K with vacation. holiday, insurance, free parking, and meals provided.
