Blaiss Nowak, son of Hal Nowak of Hal's Steakhouse is hiring for Nowak's Cafe on North Highland Ave in Morningside.
Nowak's Cafe has been in business for 6 years and caters high quality food to a very loyal clientele of the neighborhood of Morningside and Virginia Highlands.
Looking for some fantastic servers with Cafe or Bistro experience to join our team.
Plenty of room for growth if you're looking to move up or just come take care of our guests and give them the type of service nobody delivers anymore.
Our team is a family and we all work well together. If you work well with others we would love to meet you.
Servers Average tips $150-$200 per night with 4-5 tables. (Work 4-6 nights a week (Your Choice), must work Friday & Saturday nights. In Time 4pm daily Weeknights gone by 930-10 Weekends 10-11 Off Sundays
Bartender Average $200-$300 per night ( Work 4 nights a week, must work Friday & Saturday )
